Cove is the worst company ever! I get so many false alarms. They said they would replace my panel but they cancelled the replacement so they could get new customer's orders filled first. I need a lawyer
HUGE waste of money for system and higher tier monitoring.. False alarm in the middle of the night. False alarm while across the country, monitor calls and ask if I want dispatch. Ummmm no because system is unreliable, instead woke up my daughter in the middle of the night to check house (she should have received monitoring fee). Outdoor cameras aren’t reliable...constantly off line or don’t pick up motion. Window sensors are always having issues. Stopped paying and using the system. They called me every si for day for 5 months. Went rounded and round with fast talking broken English rep that lied that I had been using the service. I could go on..... Now I can’t self monitor or use any of the over priced crap equipment.
Been a cove user for 3+ years now. Sounds like the few negative reviews here are user errors. System is easy to use.. and in the 3 years+ I have been a customer, only 2 false alarm.
You're lucky. I've had them for a year and I've experienced many issues with their equipment and service. They sold cameras that didn't connect to their control panel. The control panel decided to arm itself randomly several times recently. The "AI" camera decided that a bed pillow was a "human," setting off an alarm. They also try to charge a fee to end their service. Never again!

It definitely seems that their focus is on increasing sales, not providing reasonable customer service or support.

You get what you PAY for! COVE is JUNK at best and MUCH better options out there!
