Former Tory MPs of no relevance continue to be given air time to spout their nonsense - WHY??
Because it is no secret that the media likes politicians who make people (except themselves) poorer.
I reckon Sky should be asked this directly. I can't take their brand of 'journalism' seriously as long as ghouls like Leadsom appear on their programmes.

We were only 680 Billion in debt in 2010 with a AAA credit rating. In 2024 we now have a 2.75 Trillion debt and an Aa3 credit rating. The tories never built prisons so prisoners have had to be released early, The Conservatives have achieved their long term goal, of destroying the NHS, They were against it from inception and fought tooth an nail against it been created. And the economy is flatlining and has been flatlining since June 2024

The only thing she'll ever be remembered for is her idiotic gaffe in 2016, during the Tory leadership campaign to replace Cameron. She then claimed she'd make a better PM than Treeza, simply because she'd had kids and Treeza hadn't. As well as being an example of idiotic reasoning, many people thought it also rather offensive. That well and truly kyboshed her leadership campaign, she withdrew from the contest and left Treeza as last woman standing. It seems, watching this interview, she's got worse, denying the reality..

David Blunkett's dog should get hero of the week.
Guide dogs are taught to follow their owner's commands but also to over-rule if they;re not sure about their safety. At the same time a dog's natural instinct is to follow their owner's lead on who they should trust, they're very good at reading body language so if their owner isn't acting like someone is a member of the pack they'll often go into protective mode.
