      Aww, thank you!! It's so hard not to apologize because I know how crushed I get when someone finds something awesome and it's not for sale...But, ya gotta keep the good stuff! ;)

    I use my brass spice grinder all the time, but it is bigger. I am considering to invest in a bigger, and heavier, that can actually crush cardamom seeds

    I know this video is a year old (I'm just seeing it now), but the little glass bowl with the crimped edge is probably Sydenstricker out of Brewster, MA. Google the name & you can see their work. The signature looks right too.

      OMG you’re right! It totally is that make. Thank you! It actually JUST sold a couple month ago in my booth. I had almost given up on it. Haha

      @@AllPutTogether I've sold a couple of Sydensticker bowls myself. But as mentioned in a previous comment, I'm in Florida, so we see a market for this sort of glass here--1.) because we have the right age-group of buyers & 2.) because people love to display glass items in FL. (We have the perfect light & windows for it.)

    Catching up on past videos. The fused glass bowl is Syndenstriker out of Massachusetts in case you didn’t figure it out.

    You’ve found a beautiful Tanalo vase and so large as well! I own one piece in my pottery collection…a large mug for Champurrado, the chocolate based hot breakfast beverage drunk in Mexico. Fantastic vase!

      Yes, it's the biggest one I have ever seen. I need to tell my husband about this chocolate drink - he LOVES chocolate.

    Those candlesticks look like they might be Oregon myrtlewood. I grabbed a pair at a yard sale recently, and they had their original vintage $24.95 price tags on the bottom of each of them.

      I bet you're right! I love myrtlewood - the color and swirls are beautiful.

    Your bowl is Art Nouveau, not Deco :-) Thanks for another great video.

    How do you shine brass?

    • @AllPutTogether
      @AllPutTogether  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I used hot water, white vinegar and Bon Ami. You can buy special cleansers but I prefer non-toxic cleaners.

    Cherish and First Dibs are waaaay over priced. I price my items at a third of the price on Cherish. I always look up sold comps on Ebay and price accordingly.

      OMG I know - the prices are crazy!
