At 15:20 did you used HDC (Hill Descent Control) ? Some reviewers tests shown Navara has one of the best HDC in the category.
No, just brakes. My experience on this model with regards to HDC, it moves slow which is good. The ute is stable even when there is load of about 600kgs given that its muddy and slippery and with stock tires
Really appreciated to watch your video, it really reminds me when I was driving different places off-road in farm lands.
It such nice views and environment, but sometimes you can get stuck hard, because off-roads can bring some very big unexpected surprises (bad or good).
My questions, since we're interested in the Navara as well, is the ground clearance enough good for passing, some deeper situations ?
When you passed at 7:40, did it touched or bang underneath of the chassis ? Every challenging passing in your videos was only in 4H, or there was some 4H with differential locked ?

Haven't experience any hit under, maybe I am getting super careful since it is our first workhorse/family car. I think stock is good enough for farm but not on hardcore off road, you might need an upgrade. I only use 4H because I think it can pass thru and it saves more fuel than 4L. In our place, that muddy part is always a headache for some bongo trucks, especially during rainy season. Navara 4x4 is really a good choice for us. It can haul and can be a family car as well. Fuel efficient enough especially on long trips and comfortable as well.
Oh btw, I only use 4L when I park in our garage. It is too steep and slippery during heavy rains so I had to engage 4L. It cannot be seen in the video how steep it is but in actual it is super steep.

@@techfarm5113 Thank you for your answers. Very interesting to know, because indeed the Navara is one of the best pick-up since 2014-2015. Even being an old model and platform, still often winning comparisons competitions until 2022.
Traction control system is very good on the Navara as well, that's maybe why you're able to pass with only 4H without locking the diff.

Nagkaproblema lang po ako dun sa right signal light nya kasi parang may loose connection. Nung diniin ko ng konti yung wire, gumagana na ulit. Papaccheck ko nalang ito sa casa next pms. Yun palang po naging problema ko dito.

Malakas po. Pinangkarga na namin ng kalabasa around 800kilos plus 4passengers including driver. Akyat-baba ang daanan tapos bato2 pa.. wala naman pong problema. I think kaya pang isagad ng 1000kilos

@@edwardianquiruz4095 Hindi ko masabi sir eh. Di pako nakasubok ibang sasakyan. Pero kung sa gastos lang, siguro mga 300+km run, sa presyo na 61 pesos per liter na diesel, more/less 2000 pesos ang gastos ko. Bundok-to-city and vice versa
