I also have Saturn square Neptune in my birth chart and I can confirm what you said. I have been writing a book for many years now as much as life circumstances allow but despite difficulties I never gave up. I try to write at least one sentence every day and at this point I have more than 700 pages ready (it will not be a single book but a trilogy). I also have North Node in Virgo and South Node in Pisces so I'll have reverse nodal return next year.
