I like how the solution to the problem is not to just make things safer, but to take the much more difficult, time consuming, and costly solution of just making things enjoy the pollution.
This is funny.. I worked on a boat that would ferry around BP scientists who were making assessments of the conditions around the rig after the BP leak.. This was their attitude when it started sinking to the bottom...

If you look closely it's there the entire time. Mostly it's just the bad contrast so you can't see it.
