And it starts what we think is raining. It only took a few moments to realize that it wasn't rain and it was bullets coming down from above from automatic fire of celebration.

Whitest Kids You Know is just live action international cable. Half the time if your just listening, it really sounds like a Rick and Morty episode sometimes.
Bulk of their sketches are silly Tv Ads, rips on US Gov or USA history, or plain crude humor. Considering IFC's programming block at the time of their broadcast, the sketches played out like a late night TV Ad most of the time. So Interdimensional Cable Television is not far off.
Long Island - not the type of island you want to visit. Densely populated island next to NYC doesn't sound ideal. Storks delivering dead babies in one small area could be some clever reference to a poor healthcare system, but that is a stretch.
