Fun fact! An average sleep cycle is roughly 90 minutes, ideally 4 cycles (6 hours) is needed to feel rested! But even 20 minutes of sleep is better than none, this is definitely gonna help me reach at least one, insomnia is exhausting
Okay, let me dissect what we learned from this vid: Nalu appears to be the god of nature and creatures tied to nature (ie Nymphs). She also appears to be the cause of the listener becoming a werewolf. We also learned more about Werewolf magic. All werewolves have control over at least on element, presumably the elements are earth, fire, water and air ala ATLA. These natural affinities are reflected in the color of a werewolves fur. Though, despite natural talents werewolves can still learn to harness the power of the other elements. The listener is basically the avatar being able to control all 4 elements with relative ease. Please tell me if I missed anything!
Just a quick question, could you possibly change the order of the Floofy Egee playlist to start from the oldest to the newest? The playlist plays backwards. Thanks so much! Love the series! But the backwards order is bothering my OCD brain. 😂

30 minutes is better than nothing but 1 hour is worse than 30 minutes. Breaking the cycle during REM can cause further exhaustion and irritability
