I've been shot in the head before and survived without going to the er and I survived 10+ other gunshot wounds without any perminant disfigurement they definitely left holes in my ass and I was bleeding for hours without being able to apply pressure to them but I kept going even after being shot in the head from the guy across the street walking 25 miles home I got holes in my skull from the low calibers that hit me at far enough away not to cause hemeraging or seizures or anything long term except maybe lead poisoning in the future because I left all the bullets in I puked out the 25 cal from my lung a few days ago from last December it hurt to get out because it was still burning hot when it settled at the bottom of my lung it came out witch the scab still attacked to the bullet from my lung lol there was a lot of blood
