I think saurabh would be better for this interview, because its so hard to dig out intresting story from a genuine and simple men like Chidambaram, he is very straight forward man with a straightforward answers.

Thanks for the interview but felt like Questions could have been better. I wanted to understand : 1. when we say equal partnership, then what technologies are coming from foreign countries, are they doing the advanced tech and we are doing the manufacturing? In defence we assemble things bought from foreign vendors. That's why DRDO and others fail to make many simple equipment even after many years. 2. Why countries like China progressed more in terms of scientific research than India, was it policy limitation, organisational limitation to create that Eco-system.
