I wonder if the raptorstrike underperformed and Hasbro decided that an old sniper model might get more attention. And then they added all the raptorstrike attachments.
Beret the real question is why didn’t they release this as the first accustrike blaster or in that line

Raptor strike did underperform, not saying the performance was bad but there was only one tiny bottom rail, ON A SNIPER. So you can’t put a scope on it
Seeing this, after wanting a longstrike for so long, makes me want to buy this one
I have this gun but it has a bad side , the point that once your scope where slide in the rear tax rail you can’t take it out anymore

I just wish they would make it a normal elite long strike I have had one for just over 7 years don’t use it in nerf wars anymore but still my favorite nerf of all time

They should’ve rereleased this in the accustrike series with accustrike darts
The problem with their guns is they like to rifle the barrel (engraving a spiral thread to the walls of the barrel) which causes the dart to spin. In real weapons the spiral allows bullets to spin and travel further, and more accurately, kind of like a football. But in lightweight darts that are made of foam where the heaviest part is the tip, they spin and the momentum in the head of the dart gives a pull while it rotates, causing the darts to fly off in random directions. They probably know this, newer guns aren't rifled as much anymore, instead the dart has a twist in the tip to allow them to spin on their own.

is the barrel wobbly or tight af on the main body of the gun? cos it really bugs me when the attachments ESPECIALLY the barrel is wobbly..

HOW do you "prime" back that thing with your left hand? I do it 'traditional' sniper style, I pull it back with my right.
Take off hand off the foregrip, pull back on left hand side of the through bolt, push forward, pull trigger

So my son just broke this on Christmas morning before firing his first shot. I think he inserted the magazine in the wrong direction and then pulled back the bolt to cause an irreversible jam.
Any chance that there is someone who sells only the main blaster or that Nerf would sell one to a crying kid?

Please do a review on the unreleased Nerf rival hypnos (if you can get your hands on it). It's a pump action rival shotgun with a stock attached which can fold in. It's a really cool looking blaster and it also very well resembles the tactical shotgun in Fortnite!

The raptorstrike functions the same. So they took raptorstrike internals and fit it in the shell

It would be more of a reshell though, and i believe the raptorstrike doesn't have the un jam buttons, nor does it have the attatchment points for a tAcTiCoOl scope. So they aern't that similar other than tue fact they use a bolt.
I would buy it if it wasn't $70
