I say No. 2! I think the metal build looks fine on it’s own, but that perfect grade is just begging for a new paint job!

I have to go with 01. The PG is just begging for some customization, but the Metal Kit already looks so good and I'm highly curious where you'd go with it.
02 man. The Metal Build is already a bit over-the-top.
Please customize the PG ASTRAY RED FRAME KAI, it just has way more room for customization and u are just Amazing at it 👍
02, the Perfect Grade, is a blank canvas in comparison to the Metal Build. Such a large piece will make this stand out, especially when it comes to increasing and enhancing the details of the kit. Something which the Metal Build may not benefit quite as much from. Honestly, I'd love to see what approach you would take for them both.

The love for ASTRAY RED is legitimately real!! And both kits are a 1 BILLION/10!! (I have the 1/100 kit, and it’s amongst my favorite MG!)
But…. If I have to choose…. PERFECT GRADE. I want to see your take on that beast!! Granted, I have no objections with the Metal build as well.

While I admire 01, we can be honest with ourselves: those live their lives out, on a Stand apparatus. I think Playability matters. 02, for my humble Vote.
I own this kit it was In perfect condition until my daughter knocked it off the display shelf 😢 but it’s ok love seeing these awesome custom kits can’t wait to see what’s next
02. I love both of them! I have to agree that 01 has more character but 02 has so much more potential!
02 is the best kit I've ever built. Possibly a contender for top 3 best in the PG grade.
I got the mg and I'm new to gunpla and that was my first kit and it's also my favorite so far. I plan to get the pg but recently saw the daban one for cheaper. I don't know which to get tho
@@ajscorner5423 I saw Daban had also done a blue frame with lots of weapons. But the Astrays are so good, you practically can't go wrong! I wish the Nilson Works version was easier to find, because that ones great too.

02, the metal build looks good, but that PG is just begging for upgrades and customization. Have built the PG, but not with the Tactical Arms.

I'm pretty new to Gunpla so this may well be a dumb question but....
During the "cleaning nubmarks" stage there was no sign of sanding at all.... Is this just because the nippers are molecularly sharp so no further clean up is needed or is sanding done but edited out because it doesn't have the same ASMR potency....?
Welp, something is wrong with their shop. I recommend not making any purchases for the time being that is, if you could even buy anything thats not paint request. The email for customer service doesnt work nor does their 24/7 voice chat. The last time I got in contact with someone was weeks ago and they've claimed to be understaffed. Please be wary of their online shop.

02, I think PG so much potential for building a next level by you! And metal build line creator inputed more idea into, metal build products are not same with original that one.

Just for future reference brother, the chest is the upper, front side of the torso. So, using chest to describe that part of the model is inaccurate. You would use the word torso to describe the part, because that includes chest, abdomen, upper-back, lower-back, sides, collar, and shoulders. Cool builds, keep up the great content

Everyone has done custom builds and paint schemes for pg astray either do something completely big and bold with pg astray or stay simple yet complex with metal build

O2 because changing the metal build doesn't make sense think about it you spent alot for a premium product because you want it to look good and to not have to do work to make it look good

Dragonics is cool and all, but, my vote is for 02.
