Yes, that crunchy/bumpiness is precisely the plantar fascia being chronically shortened and "glued up" - this tool is designed to change exactly that - and it does it within minutes. When I first used this tool, I was sceptical - but it is bizarre how rapidly it smooths out. If you don't have a fascial tool - you can use a massage ball/myofascial ball each day 10-15 mins. Or worst case a tennis ball! Is it painful for just cruchy!
@@heavenlyfrosted ok well you might have just found a spot that you can prevent something happening before it gets painful- work away at it and it should improve
I fractured my ankle at the lower fibula 7 months ago, and a physical therapist at my gym wants to help use this tool on me once every 3 days, for a total of 15 times, for around 922 USD. Do you think this tool will work well for me - will it actually have positive lasting effects compared to just letting the ankle heal on its own? If so, should I just teach my parents how to do it, or is it actually worth getting a professional? Thank you so much for your help in advance, I really appreciate it
Hi there- sorry to hear of your injury. I can’t comment on the value in the offering being made to you, however I can absolutely confirm scar tissue and fascial restriction are greatly improved with our fascial tool. I was very sceptical when I first tested a tool on patients and found lasting results after just a few treatments . So I went on to design this tool especially for the foot and ankle- I was that impressed with the results and now use this tool every week in my clinical practice. I regularly teach parents and carers to use the tool on other family members.
To be clear, that is a ridiculous price! Many physical therapists will use that tool on you during a physical therapy session. Depending on your insurance, you won’t have to pay much for one session of physical therapy.
what about if you experience that crunchy/bumpiness on the sole of your foot?? is there a way to treat that?
