HammondCare’s Centre for Positive Ageing and Care - Arts on Prescription program

An inspirational program linking aged care with the arts is literally transforming lives.
‘Arts on Prescription’, run by HammondCare’s Centre for Positive Ageing and Care, opens up the world of arts, often for the first time in people’s lives, to improve their health and wellness.
In the words of one of the arts teachers featured in our video - ‘It makes you feel like you’re part of a blossoming’.
This program is supported by funding from the Australian Government Department of Health, and is in partnership with the University of New South Wales.
