Thanks Matt! It is a stunning piece indeed. It is MUCH more comfortable than the PO and lighter. It is like wearing nothing after having the PO strapped on for a few days/hours. The best blue dial watch in the market IMHO.
You are right, Bond wore the he PO in the first part of Skyfall (in Turkey I believe). However, throuought the rest of the movie, he sported this beautiful AT.
Interesting you ask this question. I actually went to the boutique with the intention of getting the Captain's Watch. However, after seeing the blue AT, the Captain's Watch looked a little dull as the blue on this watch is STUNNING. The Captain's watch is stil a looker but I liked this one a little more.
Congrats on posting a first video of blue aqua terra from Skyfall !!! Stunning watch ! Do You find it more comfortable to wear than PO 8500 ?? I've tried it on in a boutique and its v heavy for everyday use... Your new Aqua Terra is amazing ! Wear it in good health.
hahahah have a little sniff! I bought this watch in march and I love it. I was not sure about the smaller size (38.5mm) but it does wear very smart and I have had a number of compliments. For those with bigger wrists omega have just released the same watch in the 41.5mm blue dial size.
Great Video! A quick question for you....I just purchased an Omega 3oom Diver and because I have a 61/5in. wrist, and due to the fact that the watch doesn't have micro adjustments, its a little lose on my wrist. I'm wondering how your watches fit, and if you've had a similar problem?
I didn't even notice that Bond wore this throughout most of the Skyfall film.. Any idea's why they didn't market this watch as the Bond watch and not the the Planet Ocean? Other than the obvious reason of money comparison...
there are some boutique brands that include beautiful lacquered boxes much like that one for less than 500 dollars. Surely a few thousand dollars should get you a quality box.
The one you are rreferring to is the Planet Ocean 007 SKyfall Limited Edition. This piece on the other hand has been given the name "Skyfall" by fans since Daniel Craig wears it throuhgout the movie "Skyfall."
This is a much better choice for Bond IMO. The planet ocean and the basic seamasters are too clunky and sporty to be worn with a suit. The Aqua Terra works with anything, if I could only have one watch for my wardrobe this would be up there.
I really think OMEGA and Rolex are like MacDonald's Angus burger. The quality is good but they make watches cheapest way possible. Case shape is simple so easy to polish and brash. I am watching this with my VC overseas and Zenith El primero 10th. I do feel quality and craftsmanship. For example Zenith hands are bent on the tip so they can fit domed glass or white gold rings on the chronograph on VC overseas dial. Angus burgers are good but they cannot be 3 star restaurant quality.
Terrific watch, so elegant - I gave it a lot of consideration. If you like blue dialled watches or are considering one, check the Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean GMT "GoodPlanet" - check out my review for it. My first blue dial purchase - and I love it :)
although i am looking to get another omega. i am in between Planet ocean GMT black ceramic or the speed master moon watch or the 9300 deville white face which one you would go with
Thanks Matt!

Just picked up one of these as my first Auto watch love it and cant stop looking at it. Its a great blue and changes with the light conditions.
Nice watch, congratulations. Blue hue is very nice. Classy.

I wanna get one of these myself. Love the look on the AT. especcialy with the blue dial. Fantastic choice xD
Yup, both the 38 and 41 are beautiful I also was not so sure about the size until I put it on my wrist.

Wow.... Beautiful! I really need to start saving up to get this!!!!!

What do you think about the Aqua Terra Captain's Watch?
Its a marine blue my friend, and yes it is a very beautiful piece.
what wrist size do you have? the 38.5 fits it well
I love it! I almost purchased it myself, but the size - only 38.5 :-(
How much does this watch cost?
Wow that's a beautiful watch
Everyone please thank the cat for helping the camera re-focus.
is the blue the same between this and the master coaxial version?
Panda Yes it's the same shade of blue..
I'd like to get a ceramic seamaster 300m, could I just ask my AD for a wooden box? I am willing to spend a little extra for it.

nice kitty :D and Omega :)love it both :D
I would say a little over $4,000. But it really depends on your location.
Great video.

came for watch, stayed for cat

I like it
Thank you
I am sure that if you speak with them nicely they will throw in the wooden box. I do not think you should pay for the box though.
Lol, the one from skyfall has a 007 at the 7 o clock man
