Yes, the location of the fridge is a jarring note, but my problem would be the loft bed. Going up and down the ladder would get old real fast.

I will swap the locations of the fridge and washing machine. The washing machine is somewhat hidden(cabinet )and have a coffee counter on it.

That's a terrible place for a refrigerator...it should be IN the kitchen! Also, for safety reasons, the house should have a second entrance/door.
