I got a building idea for you (not originally mine) but i saw someone stack normal offices on top of eachother and using terrain to make it look cooler like putting pillars on the side and other cool stuff to make it look so much better. I wished i screenshotted his build but he left sadly :[

on PC and laptop, you need a road and press E, on mobile I don't know how.
