I have a 2022 F250 7.3 Tremor Lariat with splash guards, mats, tinted windows, extended Ford warranty and service contract with < 1000 miles that I would also sell for the right price.
Everything’s for sale! Haha! It was the right offer at the right time and now I’m on a path to finding something just as fun as the Super Duty, plus I’ll be getting a garage out of the whole deal, so I’m not too mad! Thanks for watching!
Keep a car for a long time 3-5 years😂 sincerely, good for you. 19 years on my 05 F150, and I know others who have easily doubled that-as a primary vehicle.
I know it and I keep telling myself the same thing. In the long run, this will pay off twice over. But, in the meantime I can turn my attention to getting ready for other projects and the new channel vehicle without worry! Hopefully you’ll stay tuned for the next adventure!
I would buy something on the cheaper end obviously, but something that most people would buy. (For re sale purposes) maybe like a Toyota or Honda sedan. Real bummer about the truck though. But like you said better things to come! I will be sticking around to see what comes next. Keep up the good work man!
Thanks man! I appreciate you always tuning in! I like the way you think, although I’m not sure what I really want just yet be it a car, truck, or SUV. I still have the STi, so I’m leaning toward the SUV/Truck market. But we shall see! Thanks for sticking around for the next adventure!
OH MAN! I just found your channel last night and subscribed today based on that truck! I am looking to maybe order a 2023 and liked what you were doing with your truck. Love my Tundra but towing a travel trailer, I need more payload! I will continue to be a subscriber to see what you end up doing. Also I am from the Columbus area.....
Hey! I’m glad you stumbled on the channel! Thanks for subbing and hopefully the Super Duty content helped you out! I would absolutely encourage anyone to pick up a 250 or 350, hands down just awesome trucks. The ‘23s are going to be awesome with the updated interior. Nice to meet a fellow C-Bussian! Lol!
I’m not sure. With as many camouflaged test trucks as they have on the road, it could be anytime. I believe order banks were slated to open in late ‘22 or early ‘23.
Man, I appreciate you always watching! You can always pop in with updates on your order whenever, and if you have questions you can hit me up on here or Instagram! Hopefully you stay tuned for what’s to come, ‘cause it’s gonna be so sick!
@@beardedautomedia2261 Your instagram the same @? I’ll still watch the videos and support you! I get it when it comes to selling vehicles. I thought I was gonna keep the CRSV fore ever.
Yessir! Same handle on Instagram, and the link is in the description of the video if you can’t find me. I do appreciate the support, for sure! I definitely think I found something special in the Super Duty though, so it may be gone for now, but I can see one coming back in the future!
If you want to see some shocking video showing the volume of Super Duties that Ford has built but cannot ship due to parts (mostly chips) constraints check out the Outdoors With The Morgan’s channel, and the video they posted about a week ago. THOUSANDS of Super Duties stored offsite in KY. I have a 2022 250 Lariat that took about 8 months to build/ship.
Unfortunately, I must. It was a hard decision, trust me. But very soon we’ll see the payoff for making that hard choice! Hopefully you stay tuned for what’s to come!
I got my F250 a couple weeks ago, About the exact same as yours. I plan to keep it for years to come, that said, I'd sell it to if I was offered enough. Best of luck with whatever you decide on. My guess is something in a Ram?
It’s a beast, isn’t it?! I hope you enjoy yours as much as I truly enjoyed mine. It really was the best all-around truck I’ve ever owned. My situation was just that, and I see the market change everyday and know that at some point, even people who can will not be paying over-inflated pricing. So, I took the offer while it’s still a hot market. The next endeavor will be quite an exciting one, so hopefully you keep tuning in! I still love hearing Super Duty stories!
Ahhh, since it took so long to finally get mine...I was thinking to just sell mine if I could get something over the 71k I bought it for. Might just get a fun car like a jeep or something...but I do love my truck for the 2 weeks I've had it
Man, I’ll tell ya, it’s hard to sell them at these prices if you don’t have someone who is looking for exactly what you have and knows that he likely can’t get it any other way without waiting. Sad to say, but that’s how the market is working. I say, if you’re ready to sell, list on AutoTrader and FB and see if you can drum up some business. As long as you’re only pricing it a small amount over sticker, it’ll go quickly.
I know it man, and I definitely wish there was a way that I could make everything work and keep the truck, but the timeframe we want to make all this happen in says otherwise. Not sure if it’ll be a car, truck, or SUV yet, but it won’t be average whatever it is! I hope you stay tuned for the next adventure! As for all ‘22s being built by October, I’m not sure, but I think they’re building them through the end of the year with the expectation of fulfilling all orders. I believe they’ll start taking 2023 orders around November and switch over production at the end of this year/beginning of next.
You just had 2 different trucks I bought my first pickup in 1980. Toyota 4x4 sold it in 85 bought a car had it 2 years. Then I bought a ranger had it 12 years great truck had pickups every sense. Long story short a ranger tremor is my guess. I was going with a Tacoma great trucks but someone else got it and I'm a Ford fan I've owned 5 mustang's.
I’ve had several trucks…I’ve owned way too man vehicles! But the Super Duty by far has been my favorite. The small truck market is really brimming with some good options right now, so you may be onto something! Hopefully you stick around to find out what happens next!
I know, if I could give it two thumbs down I would! Pretty sad day, but I’m excited for what comes next 🤘🏼hopefully you stay tuned to see if you’re right!
Love the 250 but those transmissions.. you may have gotten really lucky. I already have a ford transmission sitting for half a year in the shop waiting on valve bodies from the factory .. "backordered with no ETA" only 65000KM on that one. Keying "are ford 10 speed transmissions reliable" into google doesn't give a promising result, can't afford to be in the same situation waiting on a manufacturer backorder on my main work truck. Sorry Ford, always loved your trucks but warrantee isn't much use if the parts are flat out not being made.
Yikes, that’s crazy. I’ve heard more and more horror stories about Ford parts delays recently. A lot of them now involving recalls, which is scary. I was fortunate to have zero issue with the trans in mine, but there was always a nagging at the back of my mind about it having problems. You’re definitely right, I may have dodged a bullet in the long term. Hopefully your valve body comes in soon and you don’t have another issue on your hands with your work truck. That’d be awful.
@@beardedautomedia2261 deffently putting in the time and effort to keep them happy. Truck's aren't cheap to buy or maintain. Cheaper to maintain them though. Lol My boss is pretty anal about keeping each truck on a schedule and driven as trucks not weekend blow toy's
I’m glad that path worked for you! Different people take different paths to the same outcome. Doesn’t matter how you get there, just matters that you do.
I bought a Honda HRV as daily because mpg and kids. Best decision I've ever made. Saves me enough to spend on my other vehicles and hobbies.

Yep! 2023s should be redesigned, but still aren’t available to order. If you’re in the market and can wait, I definitely would as well!

Our fleet has probably 20 f250 and 350 with the 10 speed . Some have well over 100k on them with 0 issue .
That’s a pretty good record honestly. Especially with fleet trucks. Goes to show if you take care of them, they’ll take care of you.
