I just replaced my original 1965 Coronet after 40 years with this Epiphone Coronet in Cherry Red. I'm really happy with this guitar. I like the 3 on a side tuners better than the bat-wing that my 65 had. This guitar is build well and really accurate to the original specs. CTS pots, the body is a two piece mahogany unlike the 65 which had a one piece mahogany body, the tuners are reproductions of the originals as well. All in all the tone is great for Blues, Rock and Slide. Los Angeles

    P-90s honestly sound so awesome

Seems to be a nice guitar. One P90 is all you/I need and it looks great in black.
(As for the demo: It would be great if the direct string sound wouldn’t be as loud).

Just got one also in black, fun little guitar that holds up surprisingly well again my Gibson Jr. Great demo, thanks!

Thanks! It’s such a fun rocknroll guitar and for this price you hardly can’t go wrong 🥰

Any issues with neck dive? Did it need much work out of the box? Action, intonation, frets etc. some good tones there. Would you recommend one? Nice video

Just lowered the bridge a bit. No issues, but yes, a little neck heavy. Recommend for this price; definitely!

Unbelievable neck dive standing up because the strap button is at the end of the neck. Impossible to play IMO. Gotta move the button to the upper horn

@@AndreaAustoni yeh after I got it that’s the first thing I did. It’s good now. Changed strings and lowered action. Intonation was good. No bad frets etc. looking at getting a reproduction New Yorker pick up for it. Already have the art deco knobs on the way for volume and tone . It’s a great guitar and mine only weighs 5lbs 7oz

@@davidkay3443 Before I drill mine, does the strap button on the upper horn really fix the neck dive? I hate having to support the neck with my arm.
And where did you get the art deco knobs? The New Yorker pickup probably won't fit the route.
Mine is extremely noisy, the hum is crazy like in this video. I'm looking to put a Mojotone hum cancelling P90 in it
