Alex Williams, the lad in his mid-20’s from Wales who sent Edwards the images only got suspended and one mitigating factor is that Edwards sent him one message asking him not to send him anything illegal. He’s also been playing the mental health card and pleaded guilty immediately which could possibly help to give him a reduced sentence. However…he was a well respected journalist and practically the face of the BBC so the judge may want to make an example of him. Who knows. You can bet your bottom dollar the sentence won’t reflect the crime.
@@dominicberesford5459 that's true. He'll definitely get it massively reduced due to various circumstances. But he'll surely get custodial, given the nature of the pics and age of the victims.
