this device can be hand operated or drill operated. most of the parts are from bicycle sprocket, chain and hub. i think the device can pull a car, sorry doesn't have a car to demonstrate it.

agrega un volante del lado donde aplicas friccion a la llave allen, con un radio adecuado tendras mejor friccion para frenar el pseo cuando lo liberas.
Lo segundo es usa otros zapatos cuando trabajes. Esto es por tu seguridad e integridad fisica.

I suggest 2 things.
add a steering wheel on the side where you apply friction to the Allen key, with a suitable radius you will have better friction to slow the weight when you release it.
The second is to wear other shoes when you work. This is for your safety and physical integrity.

You know that with a little bit of tinkering this could be use for tree climbing, throw the rope over the branch you want anchored the end on the gound, pull out your harness and trusty drill and up you go, if you can pick up that stump with that cable, go a little bit thicker cable for a person and equipment,You need to look into this, this adviced comes from a retired firefighter living in argentina dealing with at lot of lumber jacks and firefighters, this can also be used as a rescue tool in firefighting if you have any questions or are interested on more info, we can be intouch.

Надо наоборот. Цепь к механизму для удобной высоты вращения (примерно уровень плеча). А трос с крюком вниз. И какой-нибудь тормоз для опускания. И будет шедевр. А вообще мастер молодец! Такую же себе сделаю. Только с доработками.😉

Молодец хорошая лебёдка. Я скопирую её у вас. Я бы сделал прямоугольные зубья на храпоповом механизме и поворотную собачку с заточенным под углом носиком для того чтобы можно было поднимать, а если повернуть собачку опускать тяжелые предметы. А тормозить рукой когда опускаешь не совсем комфортно . Можно и уронить тяжелый груз себе на ногу.

And the brake arm when down is not quite comfortable . you can drop a heavy load on your foot.

عمل جيد ولكن عندي ملاحظة واحدة وهي انه هناك احتكاك في السلك عند المرور من الثقب وهذا يقصر عمر السلك وقد يبطئ العمل.
