When I first moved to my new home on the east coast of the US I went to several antique stores, vintage markets, and consignment furniture stores to get a few pieces since I didn’t want to lug most of my furniture across the country. Most were lovely but one store…..oh my god one store. It was an experience. Once you walked in you were practically blinded by the mirrored and crystal surfaces. Clearly there is a market for it but not for me lol.
Been watching this series while making dinner, it's taking the pressure off serving perfect food that's for sure. If you can finish building this lot you can do anything. This build is like a museum of great items being misused, classic.

Omg, my friends have an inside joke about Paris so we get each other Paris themed items as a joke. Imagine my shock seeing the Eiffel Tower being used in an adjacent joke way. (I can’t explain the inside joke without writing an essay but tldr is a joke about a friend confusing a triangle made with duct tape for the Eiffel Tower)

I was actually thinking about buying one of those mirrored chest of drawers for my foyer, Now I think it will make me want to 🤢 LOL thank you for that. My own nightmare homes are anything industrial and ultra-modern. Yuck. Now let's all walk away from this.
My eyes hurt.... so bright.... Also as a note TS4 struggles when you have too many mirrors, obviously, but it's mirrors facing mirrors that really make things bug out

The mirrors are triggering me so badly lol, I wouldn't be able to walk into that house. Body dysmorphia which makes me hate mirrors would be screaming at me so badly.
this isn't a nightmare house it's an escape room it's like when you have a weird fever dream and the house is super distorted and doesn't act like a normal house You should use the dining room swimming pool portal and fence in the sims that decided to implement that idea 😂
With all that white, crushed velvet, and pile carpet, it will be a nightmare just trying to keep that place clean. And why plush carpet? Unless they want to hide the crumbs from the dogs and toddlers for a makeshift Easter egg hunt. Ugg.

I feel like if I had to build my nightmare house it would be nothing but modern minimalism and/or mid-century modern with lots of yellow and orange. My two least favorite design styles and sadly the most popular cc styles made by creators. LOL I'm a modern contemporary/glam or modern rustic farmhouse fan myself.
Maybe you could take a few of the pieces of CC you hate but try to make them work? Like integrating them into a room, make them fit in so they are less "ugly". Would be a nice homage for the creators as well... to not only have their pieces in a build you hate...😊
