awesome video. glad to hear somebody encouraging folks to get out with what they can afford. so many almost shame you if yo buy cheap. I Thank you for this video
Thank you! I'm glad you found the video interesting and of value. There is no shame in not spending money you don't have to. I'd say that is being smart. Have a great week!
I had purchased a detector called a TX-850 which is a clone model of the Time Ranger Pro & the Teknetiks G2. My knock-off machine has a 5" coil and is great at finding small targets. Im sure the Time Ranger Pro is a great machine. I may invest and get the real deal.
I bought a bounty hunter tracker iv and love it Now time to move to a bigger detector i was thinking on mini lab equinox 800 what other detector do you recommend Russ?
Hello James- Yes, the Discovery 2200 and the Tracker IV will struggle in wet salty sand, but, like you said they will do VERY well in the dry sand. To hunt wet salt sand, a detector must have ground balancing capabilities and beyond that they need the ability to ground balance to salt. The Time Ranger Pro (last detector in this video) does both. Thanks for the comment!
Coming here, amazing friends, very good work, I really like your content, thank you for sharing this best video, greetings from your best friend, Indonesian traditional gold seeker ❤️🇲🇨⚒️⛏️✋👍👍👍

Hello Mndza J- my detector of choice is the Time Ranger Pro.
They are currently $219 on Amazon . I have a AT Gold and a Whites MX5 and both are 15 Khz . This being 19 Khz is tempting over the Land pro. .
The Time Ranger Pro is excellent for relics and even gold with the 19 kHz.
Thanks for the info. Do you have a tool that you take traveling with you?
I ship my detector and my shovel to my hotel or a friend or family member in the area.
The Bounty Hunter 2200 doesn't work in wet beach sand, works great in the dry sand along the blanket line.

Hey I’m gonna go with the find x pro or the bounty hunter which should I go for
I don’t know anything about the Find X Pro. But I know and trust Bounty Hunter.

For the Money the Time Ranger Pro is very hard to beat Russ..
I 100% agree with you Mark!
Great video👍👏😊😎🦅💖
Thank you, Ann. So glad you enjoyed the video!
The only thing I disagree with, are the batteries. Alkaline is almost always preferred, rechargeable are acceptable.
Hello B- You are correct Alkaline are always the best. However, the Bounty Hunter manuals now are starting to say that you can use rechargeable.
