markyrose79 for sure, that’s a very easy code however some cars do not have that option. Mine for example, you can’t code that in. But newer models you can. So that is pretty generation specific

Yo brother I love the sharing and it’s appreciated. I just did mine but not sure how exactly but now thanks to you I can find what I did. Also you influenced me to buy both the app and car adapter. I have after market and with adding a low 50 led which some modifications the angel eyes and the low beams look fantastic. I put my led’s to hard not soft and it beams so sweetly.
My bimmercode already has these set to off by default, but my amber lights are still on. Any advice please. (UK spec)

Hey dude so I coded my side markers off and after awhile they stopped flashing when locking/unlocking the car. I coded them back on and they work fine and blink normally, just not while locking or unlocking. Any ideas?
The latest Bimmercode app version just has a simple sidemarkers off option

Hey so I coded in comfort closing for key fob which is rolling up the windows while holding the lock button but when I did that my indicators turned off, when I lock and unlock my car the indicator does not flash. What do I have to do?

Nah bimmercode makes a backup every time you code. So you can revert back to your original settings.

I’ve been looking for an answer to this as well. I believe you CAN be ticketed for not having sidemarkers but I’m not sure if anyone has experience with that

Maybe im missing something but why do you need to do the expert mode if you did the first coding? Help me understand. Also what car is this, im working with my F10 and i think the options are a bit different

hey i live in the UK and i actually like the US side markers. When i do code it unusually starts to flicker and later turns off completely. I have the LCI model F30 so the orange sidemarkers being on really look cool like having an orange eye brows. Would you know what setting it would be? @Thic F30
On many F and G bodies the sidemarkers are just like a 3-chip LED on the far left/right hand side on your headlight "eyebrows", barely visible.
