Looks like Arbiter is one of those characters who either keeps the pressure the entire time and does well or gets pressured where his weak lights and lack of invincibility loses him the game.
That Kim Wu wasn't bad, but when you started empty jumping to avoid the parry, he didn't adjust to cr.HP anti-air, and he could have converted those juggles to upwards of 50% with the meter he had. I did learn a bit from watching, though.
Kim Wu's face is on the level of SFV Ken on the "my first attempt at making a 3D human"-scale. It looks like it belongs in the cutscene of a PS2 game. Maybe that's the look they were going for... I don't know.
Why would they give an badass elite (a being known for giving Spartans trouble) an energy sword (a weapon that's known to kill in one hit) and make them one of the weakest characters in the game? Wtf kind of logic is that?
And this is an example of the opposite of a scrub. Actual skill demonstrated is almost irrelevant. It all comes down to how one handles being beaten. And this is beautiful.

Back when the Covenant was first founded if you didn't join the San'Shyuum and their Covenant they would destroy your race (Basically a gun pointed at the back of your head). That was roughly 3,000 years ago. Now, most Sangheili have become zealots or, religious fanatics who believe that those who die for the "Great Journey" will be rewarded a place in heaven. This reason was valid until "Halo 2" when the Sangheili were stabbed in the back by the San'Shyuum and threw the covenant into Civil War. After that most Sangheili realize how close they and everything else was to destruction from the "Halo Array" and the "Flood" A worthy cause to die for if any. However the fighting never stopped for the Sangheili. They split up into two groups. One was still driven by the Covenant while the other (Swords of Sangheilios) was fighting to disband the remaining covenant and build a future for their kind. This lead to even more bloodshed, but I could've just said that the Sangheili also live and breathe combat as an art in tradition. There is also the fact that Sangheili should back up their opposing opinions and suggestions by proving their superiority in combat or attempted assassination. The one that survives their dispute is proven to have to have the better solution. This isn't the case for all disputes, but usually for clan politics or Kaidon issues. (I hope that helped)

Israel Ruelas SFV is mechanically superior to both MKX and especially KI. But that's coming from a guy who spends his time online fighting other people which is what it's really about. I've seen casual players complaining because it doesn't have enough single player content at launch but when it comes to the actual fighting SFV is the king. KI is alright, MKX and Guilty Gear Xrd are very good imo though.

His damage is average. His command grab (invis into stab) does a lot of damage, and is easy to set up. Also, his plasma grenades give him extremely good pressure and setups, so that more than makes up for his low damage output.
