Oh my gosh, I actually saw one exactly like this in glossy white, it was at a friends' house (that a few other ceiling fans there, which were Hampton Bay Huntington III in bright brass, 4-blade GEV SMC Park Avenue V in antique brass (with 4-arm light-kit) and Westinghouse Swirl in all white.
