The only way an audience is going to know you’re a Indian and not a Hispanic in a movie is if the Indian character is wearing Indian attire or they say it in the movie. Hispanic people are way more common in the US than a full blooded Indian.

Europe too had different native people in the past or do you think everyone had a fair complexion and colourful eyes? The real southern europeans have the mediterranean look, that means different facial features and a darker complexion than central and northern european countries. Also, europeans are not all the same just because they're from Europe. Southern europeans and nordic
europeans are not the same, look at Cristiano Ronaldo and David Beckham, do they look the same to you?
Europe too had different native people in the past or do you think everyone had a fair complexion and
colourful eyes? The real southern europeans have the mediterranean look, that means different facial
features and a darker complexion than central and northern european countries. Another example: Indians and Chinese people belong to the same continent, are they the same too?
