Hello. Can you please tell us what the latency/delay on the hearing aid processing is please in MS? for example 5 or 7 MS? I ask as I find as a blind person this makes a big difference to me when listening to the world around me. On another note,The Oticon app has recently got an update and I'm sad to say,is now really inaccessible for a blind person. It no longer reads properly on the iPhone. Can Oticon please address this? I reported it some time ago and honestly it puts me off buying an Oticon hearing aid as I am unable to use the app to help customise the aids.

Will a travel charger be available? That's a must with a rechargeable hearing aid.

Yes. They just output a promotional video about the new tech
No, they only offer their flagship technology in the Oticon brand. You’ll have to see an audiologist to get the latest technology.

It seems a lot better but probably not worth the upgrade for you right now how old is your current set?
