I noticed there are 2 monitor speakers in the office. Is that the media office?
In my Church, we have the technical office separated from the media office. Do you think it is needful to have a monitor speaker in the technical office?
If yes, please what are the reasons and should everything be on the monitor?

If the technical room is separated from the Main auditorium, yes you need a monitor to be able to monitor your mix. But make sure that the monitor is receiving the same signal that the in house speakers are receiving.
Although I do not recommend having the mixing console separated from the main auditorium. The engineer can't make good and instant judgment that way. The sound engineer ought to be located within the auditorium.
