Half the reason spots on maps have boosts in (think maybe the little wall on banana) is to force you to invest 2 players there, to get the weird off angle which isnt always expected. and valve wont engineer the cs2 movement to be good in kz maps...
I believe most of those are going to be considered as bug and get fixed

The shooting one is definitely unindented. Since I think they are aiming for realistic gameplay. The double jump would be a cool and not broken feature to have though.
Hopefully them pixel selfboosts will be a feature movement players could take an advantage over aimless people and troll them :D
