Yes that is very true. But you see general public don't have personal chefs or assistant to get this work done. Women/men generally wake up, cook their own food, run to catch bus/train, work their ass off in office again rush to catch their bus/train, pick up some vegetables on the way and come back home and cook and sleep. She on the other hand has n number of people around her letting her take care of herself this way. The way of life for people like her and common man is very different. Although I completely agree we should develop such diet, the demands of life don't allow that for everybody😊

Me 10:00 am: dosa, idly or chappathi. And a cup of coffee with one spool sugar and no milk. 12 pm: any fresh juice. Or sometimes a packed chocolate milkshake 2 pm: Matta rice, any curries like sambar, a pappadam, some pickles and yougurt(this combo is heaven!) sometimes we have fried rice or arabic mandi. 4/5 pm: masala chai with one spoon sugar, any snacks like samosa, vadas, pazham pori(coz I am from Kerala) biscuits, homemade cakes or cup cakes. Sometimes we will have sandwich, noodles and haldiram snacks. 9 pm: this is the time I make my fav foods like, korean ramen with homemade kimchi, momos, smashed potato with white sauce or spaghetti bolognese or homemade noodles. I make it for me only, whereas my mom cooks dinner for other of my family members. I would also eat 1 full cucumber 1 minutes before dinner. I never drink water the instant I finish eating food. Either it's before eating anything or after 1 hours of eating food. It's bad to drink water with the food or the instant you finish food. I have such a hearty full day meal, and I don't have any issues with health coz I do a monthly checkups. I don't even do any exercises or workouts. I believe in psychology and do things like meditation, affirmation and positive thinkings. So, my health is good, my body fat is normal and I don't get ill that quickly.
