there's a "D/D/D way" to make an anti nibiru on the 5th summon:
you need swirl slime, copernicus and gryphon in hand.
normal copernicus, eff to send necro slime to gy, summon genghis with swirl and gryphon, then use both slime on gy to fusion summon another genghis, first genghis eff to summon gryphon and add headhunt. then summon high caesar on 5th summon.
you have your trap on hand, a high caesar on the 5th summon and can continue summoning gilgamesh and make the rest of the combo.
i know baronne is a powerful card, however you are sacrificing a normal which could help to give you some more resources.

Actually with that hand, you can actually do patent license lock with synchro on field too. If your deck has 2 patent license and 1 orthos
-with gilgamesh effect, set orthos and ragnarok
- pend summon all 4 star
- summon caeser
- summon tell with caeser
- use orthos pend effect, pop tell and orthos
- tell send patent license#1
- patent lincese recover orthos
- necro slime fuse genghis#2
- ragnarok effect, resummon tell and take 1000 damage
- orthos special summon due to receive damage
- link gilgamesh#1 and tell for gilgamesh#2
- tell send vice typhon to grave
- vice typhon fuse high genghis
- summon siegfried with orthos and other 4 star not use for caeser
- high genghis summon caeser
- link gilgamesh#3 with gilgamesh#2 and caeser
- caeser grab patent license#2
Here you should have high genghis(fusion), siegfried(synchro), high caeser(xyz) and gilgamesh(link)
Now just see whether you want link patent lock or use gilgamesh for exmachina

This really misrepresents what Patent License does. It doesn’t lock the opponent from playing a type of card you control until they summon one initially. So in your first game, even though you have a fusion your opponent can still fusion summon something (which he attempts to do before it’s negated by Caesar). After the summon is successful, THEN Patent License activates locking him out of fusions for the rest of the turn. Same for XYZs and the rest

When a D/D monster is special summoned and D/D/D Flame King will take one D/D monster from GY to the field. So I was confused that by using D/D/D High Flame, we can take both D/D and D/D/D or just D/D ?
