As a little girl in Sunday school I learned about a man called Jesus. I also learned that he loved me. But, as a little girl I couldn't understand why he loved me. He was someone I didn't even know. But, then I learned that he died for me. Why would he lay down his life for me. Who am I thar a king would bleed and die for. Then as time past and then one Sunday night, I got up and went down to the alter and got down on my knees and I then gave him my heart. I had grown to love him for what he had done for me and my heavenly father welcomed me into his arms. And, now I belong to him. I could never thank him enough for what he has done for me. But, most of all I thank him for his preascious love. He is my lord.
Simply fabulous. Shane does a tremendous job on the great song of the church. Personnel: Piano Garry Jones; Tenor Ernie Haase; Lead Shane Dunlap; Baritone Doug Anderson & Bass Tim Duncan
Had it not been for a place called mount calvary had it not been for the old rugged cross had it not been for a man called Jesus then forever my soul would be lost. 5 yrs since I heard it but I still love it
Thank You so much for posting this wonderful/beautiful video! Ernie Haase & Signature Sound are Great! And, the Gospel Song, "Had it Not Been" written by: Rusty Goodman many years ago is AWESOME!!!! :) I will share this with my friends/family. Thanks, again! :)
We are Blessed to have Shane Dunlap at our church as lead vocal on Sundays! He's the lead singer for the song you're listening to now and has a new album that has just come out available for purchase at amazon. Blessings to you.
Jean: That is Shane Dunlap, and was part of Signature Sound before Ryan Seaton, I think he must have been an original with the group, I haven't seen him before this video. He is quite good, but I have thought that Ernie, Ryan, Doug and Tim were the originals for so long, that it is difficult for me to think of any other Harmony as that perfect.
