I LOVED E.H. & SIGNATURE SOUND WHEN THESE 4 WERE TOGETHER!!!!!!!!! MISS THEM!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY WERE SPOT ON & SUCH GREAT PERSONALITIES ALL OF THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!
I appreciate all the of Signature Sound members old and new.. I understand what it is like to be on the road and away from ones spouse and children. I think it is great that Ernie is so flexible with change. Change is good. The words are what helps bring people back to the Word of God. Thank you Ernie and Signature Sound. You are God's best!
❤Evidently theres a happy rhythm in my soul---I cant stop playing this---I love these guys together---couldnt be done right without Tim--love him to pieces❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
These guys sure are cool!!!!! I love them!!!! An awesome kind of group! An awesome kind of Voice combination. Thank God they're contributing themselves to glorify the name of God
This is awesome! I just watched the Kingsmen doing this song, also wonderful. It's not just the 4 singers, on this song in particular the musicians really give us a show. I agree with you who like this group of guys better than the newer. They seem to be moving away from southern gospel to contemporary. Ernie is still amazing!!!
To me Ernie Haase had a great bunch of guys back then. They blended very well together. I heard a little sample of the other others. They are good but not great. That's just me.
I wish i could see Ernie and his group with the Oak ridge boys that would be so awesome....... if anyone finds that out please let me know asap thank you....
Does any one know why every single member has now changed except Ernie. Is Ernie hard to work with? It's such a shame because the original group was amazing.
Patricia Hock Like them a lot Went to see them on October 18th,2016. 4 years ago First Baptist Church ⛪️ 2016. My Idol Ernie Haase Signature Sound Rely view Public view How many likes ?
It is me again. If Ernie Haase had kept what his father-in-law Mr.George Younce taught him through the years. Ernie Haase would have known what to do with a group of that magnitude ( I AM ONLY GUESSING THAT IS HOW YOU SPELL THAT WORD ). You see I followed The Cathedrals through out the years. From the late 70's to the present. The Cathedrals went through a lot of personal changes but always managed to keep the same sound. I know that you could only credit to the 2 best friends for life ( MR. GLENN PAYNE AND MR. GEORGE YOUNCE). These two men always kept things in perspective. Not saying that Ernie Haase has not tried to do just that but I believe that Ernie Haase can revese it and maybe can get the old group back together again. Let us all pray for that to happen again. Ernie if you should read this post please try to make it happen. We are not saying you don't have a good group now but you have to admit that you had back then. So if it does happen try to do what the 2 old men taught you. We will be praying for you. Amen.
I really miss these good old days of Ernie Haase & Signature Sound... without Ryan Seaton, Roy Webb and Tim Duncan the group lost the essence of quartet singing... and OMG, that's why I consider Doug Anderson one of the best baritone singers nowadays
I feel sorry for the incredible pianist.. I assume its Roy.. The energy he spends on this song is CRAZY!!! And then the song continues after the applauding.. LOL!!!!
Bert Swan: He did and Ryan Seton both are singing with Canton junction, out of Ohio I presume, their music is very contemporary. I prefer the older sound and message, but will a[ways love these four guys, they were the best! I don't know where Doug Anderson is now. I just loved the energy and personalities of these four. love Roy Webb on the piano, he is also gone, where I don't know?
Doug went solo. Ryan and Tim are now with Canton Junction, they went solo before joining Matt Hagee's Quartet. Acording to Roy's twitter he does real estate now. The reason he left Ernie's group was because his dad was dying of cancer. The others moved on because the Lord had other plans for them.
He is following the group trend of short solo career. Ernie set the standard in '99 after the Cathedrals retired. George said at the fan awards Ernie was going solo. Weren't long before he was with George and the Old Friends Qt and then his own group.
These guys have sustained long enough to say what they do is working the criticism that they were too showy and dance like movements were inappropriate paralells pretty closely the criticism Hovie Lister and the Statesmen were subjected to
it was just a part of Ernie's act.......they were the best group I have heard , but then they lost Tim Duncan the bass singer and they have never come close to the way they were....Canton Junction is now the best....Duncan is their bass singer.
WHY when they show the crowd on videos like this one, do they show someone barely showing any kind of enthusiasm? Aren't people supposed to be getting excited during songs that sound like this one? Sorry, but the gentleman and lady around 3:25 look like they are at a funeral. This was awesome and I wish that the makers of the video would at least take advantage of some happy faces. Great song, terrible video editing.
Ivan Parker and I wrote Happy Rhythm on our 45th anniversary in 2017. The chorus starts out in German. I wrote the first verse in Austrian. Ivan Parker wrote a verse in Italian which was omitted by someone who stole the copyright for this song. His verse was written two days later when we got together to revise some of the songs written on our anniversary. We wrote another verse in French when we did revisions two days later. Whoever stole the copyright didn't like our revisions. Again the song was stolen off my thought monitor channel by someone who wants to suppress some of our work. The Supreme Court needs to look at theft of intellectual property. Copyright holdets have the right to edit and revise and control which versions get released. I am deeply offended that our songs written on our 45th anniversary are not being published in the revised versions we wanted. This was our last regular 5/10 year writing. We didn't make it to 50 years. Ivan Parker passed away just nine months shy of that. There was a bridge part written in Italian which was also omitted by the thief that stole the copyright off my monitor channel. I am extremely upset!
these 4 were Magic ❤❤❤❤

I LIKE, PRETTY VOICES
I feel sorry for the incredible pianist.. I assume its Roy.. The energy he spends on this song is CRAZY!!! And then the song continues after the applauding.. LOL!!!!
Lisa: You are right that is Roy Webb at the piano doing such fantastic work! All the pianists that work in Southern Gospel are excellent!
well, at least they're clapping their hands...
the best
This one is a foot stomper
Can anyone tell me the name of the tallest member of this particular group?
Ryan seaton
if you like this version. look up The Statesman & The Ball Bothers
is tim still with them i herd he left them he is a great bass

This isn't the original group. Shane Dunlap was the original lead, and Gary Jones was the original piano player.
Why didn't they come to the 2024 National Quartet Convention????
Where is Tim, the bass, singing now? The group has a new bass and also new members.
Tim Duncan is now with Signature Sound

What is the name of the white box over the piano, to play the tracks of the songs?
j.d. and the stamps did this YEARS ago.
Ernie must be difficult to work with because, now Ernie is the original one left. Even Roy is gone.
