- Fully automated 8 Ton, 10ccm shot size, extreme accuracy, All Electric servo motor driven micro injection molding laboratory or lights out manufacturing of small parts. Integrated Schneider Electric ProFace controls with all functions settable on the touchscreen. Can be networked to be controlled remotely by cell phone. Sprue picker to be safety guarded by customer to meet local safety regulations.

nice injection molding machine
I have studied injection machines for years. This one is the cheapest 8 ton machines I have seen yet, coming in at around 30k. where as the boy xxs costs 34K. Babyplast sells their's for 40-45ish. The APSX injection molding machine sells for 12.5k, but it's missing the cover and several other things that are needed for safety regulations, and round the clock full production.
Oh thats funny they talk about safety regulations at the end. lol. See you gotta meet them to be in business.

@@RichardMollerApollobey Well you sold me on one, ill be in contact by Dec 2020. When my account/wife says I can invest in one. Oh and by the way I just contacted Alba again who is the American seller for the Babyplast and they are trying to sell that machine for 49k. Its outrageous. I can by a Boy xxs with a sick computer for 15k less, and your machine which does the same thing for 20k less.
@@pacha411 Hi again Andy, I am working with the same company in China to make a simpler version which I am calling the "Xtrumolder" Take a look at the website: xtrumolder.com. It is going to be an extrusion molding machine similar to the Microplast, but much heavier duty and industry built. We are using a different control concept where we control by melt pressure, to sense the die filling, and set the cycle. I think this has merit. Will sell for about $15K for 5 ton model.

Ваш программист допустил ошибку. Если уменьшить размер картинок кнопочек и значков то процессор панели не будет каждый раз их конвертировать. Поэтому у Вас видно торможение при изменении экрана. У меня была такая точно проблема.
will it handle a 3 1/2" part mold?
Hi Skippy, Depends on surface area, and if an 8 ton clamp will hold mold OK, and part weight. Visit milabtech.us and send specifications or email drawing.
This is true, must be adequately guarded, and have safety shutdown to prevent this.

Good machine but if the extractor is not working right the machine setter will put his hand in between the mould always a risk
Agreed. This needs to be fully guarded. Any failure will result in operators or tenders who have bad habits quickly getting into trouble.
