這本書看外觀跟書名，以為是中醫+自然醫學背景的人寫的。結果竟然是西醫科學為背景的人寫的。
剛剛菇狗看書的架構，還是以道家的哲學思維寫的，作者看的視角應該很高。
道法術器，最高位置是道，這本書的道：「道」代表了我們對癌症的基本理解，(中略)，幫助我們從整體出發制定全程治療策略。
道家的道：是道法自然與宇宙運行一致之類，相信廖老師的修為有更高的見解跟體悟，只是不方便在書上說吧

雖然沒看過這本書，但聽過一位前榮總血液腫瘤科的老醫師老教授，見證過癌症治療的進化，從最早的最大耐受劑量的焦土政策，到後來逐步體悟到治療應以提升患者的自癒力（後來的免疫治療驗證了此一概念），以及改造腫瘤微環境（放療加電熱療），確實與一些如中國的陰陽太極的觀念呼應。這樣的哲學層次可能真的要時間與經驗才能體會。
