- Took some of the weird stuff that happened to me and that I did in Red Dead 2 and timed it out to The Entertainer, a fun song from Kevin MacLeod! Had a blast making this.

"The Entertainer" can be heard being played in one of the saloons in the game, but the funny thing is, the game takes place in 1899, which is 3 years before the song was written by Scott Joplin in 1902.
The song never registered with me while playing, but that might explain why it instantly came to mind when coming up with this video. Thanks for sharing that interesting little tidbit, I'm always looking for that additional information and catches that people make with video games!
You miserable ignorant, The Entertainer was written by Joplin in 1902, right. Although, you hear in the Saloon of Valentine this music piece. You cannot hear it while playing as Arthur Morgan (1899), you only hear it while playing as John Marston in and after the epilogue (1907), means 5 years after its release.
I've been playing the game since it came out and you can try to go to Valentine's saloon (Smithfield's Saloon, the main one, where "Americans At Rest" mission happens) as both Arthur and John to try it out.
