- [Recorded 4/17/2021] I have no clue why Boscov's decided to mod this thing; but whatever the case is, the indicator has seen better days. Also why replace the exterior doors on this thing with some stainless steel crap? I guess it's probably because it's "modern!" At least it ain't the WORST MOD I have ever seen...

Probably old age. If you can recall this mod was done in like I think 2017 so yeah. And ACME CE LED indicators aren't really the greatest either. (To be honest, they seem kinda generic to me.)
I don't think it's HXpress since it has a different controller.
How would you know? Explain.
HXpress comes from Miconic HX, which is a controller, but I can tell by the way it acts (such as the indicator changing right as it arrives at the floor), indicator itself, & voice that it's not on a Schindler controller but rather some other controller, so that means it's not HXpress.
