The best advice in my dance is simply be and trust yourself. I remember too that in a battle my teacher was behind me and before i start dancing he said: it's the music. Nothing else matters. It's you and the music. 🙏

He said: A dancer who does not hide behind his moves.
The best advice I had is to express the stories in your life to create your own dance, be different and unique, to do more than just dancing and create something different that the world doesn’t know. And another important one is “Learn from the greats and be greater” Michael Jackson.
The best Advice i ever had was:
If you are afraid to let movement look "bad" sometimes,
you will never be able to make them look good.
Trust in yourself and throw the chains off.
Best advice for me was to know what ur doing, be the movement and not just do the movement.

For me the best advice i can share now , is not to stick to only one language of movement but explore any other global way of moving ,incorporate it ,as learning a new language ,lets says, and stay curious about the possibilities of your body and your mind , dont close the box but have something always open , to transcend..

That's probably not an advice but I always like to say that I treat dance as a great parent, you know why? Beacuse a real parent will never abandon you, music will never do that beacuse it created you and help you become yourself no matter what other people say. Music lets you interpret itself on your way and will never say its bad or you are doing something not right, it always want you to be honest with your parent and don't change beacuse everyone else want you to be different. It simply loves you the way youare amd that's all you need. If you really are a dancer, music has always led and will lead you by the hand but you have to believe "her" and not others.
