My friend, have you ever tried eating fresh papayas to fix intestinal plumbing issues? Here in Hawaii, I have found that eating papayas helps in unclogging those intestinal pipes because the enzymes from the papayas help in breaking down those stubborn waste items that sometimes like to solidify in those plumbing passages. You might have to eat 2 or more whole papayas, but it works! We are Blessed here because papayas thrive here in Hilo, and it's cheap! Papayas are also used as a meat tenderizer also!🙂
The longanisa at every winco is always next to the hamburger patties, you should try the one with no casing it’s much more tastier and you can cook it in the air fryer

It’s Awesome! I am Mexican and I appreciate that winco carries a variety of items that are cheaper especially in this economy. Hope you enjoy your Filipino sausage!!

After moving to Hawaii, Winco is one of the few things I miss about the mainland.
