At the 4 minute mark, u mention u dont want to get a Carbon Bike based on rocks hitting your frame because It may crack it. Was your frame banging against rocks on that first trail? (Didnt look like it), Or were u referring to small rocks getting flicked up from the front wheel hitting your alloy frame?. I used to ride an alloy MTB and was skeptical about Carbon in the woods . After I jumped to Carbon and 1700+ miles later on it, I won't go back to Alloy.. It's eats up vibration a lot better. Plus Carbon is so strong. Regardless, great video ... I still haven't ridden Birdsboro yet.
After some reasearching and a conversation with my bike shop people, I may be open for carbon later on. Rocks and pieces of wood always bounce from my wheels and hit my frame hard. The owner of my shop told me he gets this all the time and hasn't had any issues, I wanted a Trek Slash 8 as my next bike but since they only have the gen 6 available which is the mullet I'll pass on that and look into Pivot Firebird X0
Greetings friend, the path is good, you go fast but you have to be careful with the stones, very good today, the day was good, no wind and no rain, good place 🏆👈🏻🤟🏻😊
definitely a good place to ride, thanks for looking out for me, i did go 110% on the rocks which got me shaky but it was fun and i didn't go down so i call it success.
A lot of good trails there. Next time you're there try Waylons way to chunky in a good way. Side saddle, turn and burn and helter skelter. All good runs!
i always start up on "down from the reservoir", connect to "long mountain trail" then turn right to "scratch and sniff" and after that there's the big hika bike section. i doubt there's anything better/easier going up there.
I rode there this past Saturday. Some bad ass trails.
Definitely legit trails, builders know how to build

@@allenkvextreme I have 2 Mullets and 1x 29'R XC ... I find the Mullets more fun overall. It's all personal preference.
Great Video. I was at Birdsboro last year. It was fast and there were some Hugh drops!
Yeah, I love these trails. Thank you

i've done turn and burn and helter skelter but this time I was running out of daylight. so I only did 8 miles
Love this place! Just posted a video of my favorite run there. Trail builders really know how to build great trails
same here and yes the builders do really know
This park always nails it. Lots of fun there. Gnarly flowy. I saw new lines. Great ride as always!
Yeah bro we should definitely start riding and explore more spots Nelson like we were doing before
@@allenkvextreme yeah buddy!

Hope the weathers great😊😊😊
What goes up, must come down...do you have a preferred climbing trail to get to the top of Ramble On?

@@allenkvextreme thanks as always!
