Tragic. In some states, Just being arrested after false accusations (no charges or conviction) will remove your 2nd amendment rights for life.

Last time I checked most amendments including the 2nd amendment dose not have a but or an asterisk. “…The right to bear arms shall not be infringed.” No buts no asterisks. Seems pretty unlimited and all encompassing to me.
