Honestly, PLEDIS isn't the best but their not the worst they have great editors, makeup artists, stylists, their music videos are so aesthetic, and their producers are very creative. I also read somewhere that the CEO was once BoA's manager and is a dance major. And they can scout the most talented people off the streets (this makes it sound like their kidnapping people) and they have some of the most talented artists. But their management is terrible.
@iiGxvinxii but do you have an idea how it's even HARDER to be that in-sync as a bigger group? Their choreographies are insane, and it's getting praised and recognized not just because they're in a bigger group, but because they actually DO have the best dances.

Is it just me or does Pledis have really good vocals and dancers? I mean Pristin and Seventeen proves it. Such an underrated company. Look at Nu'est and AfterSchool too. The company hold the record as the most viewed debut vid out side of the big three. And AfterSchool is full of visuals I'm surprised the company isn't one of the top companies like JYP, YG, or SM

Hana kdramasaremazic After School was never a "Top-Tier" girl group they only ever achieved upper Mid-Tier at best, though to me they were always Top-Tier, and how they handled AS is exactly how any company would have handled AS because unfortunately kpop isn't just about music and AS isn't just filed with musicians, and with Uee and Nana concentrating on and building their acting career AS is taking the back seat because as much as people don’t want to admit it those two girls bring in more money not singing than singing which is most likely the reason AS may not make a comeback.

What's interesting is that in this performance Kyla is featured a lot! She has about an equal amount of solo parts and she is in the front line for like half of the dance routine. Pledis didn't try to "hide" her in the back, like some companies do if they think a member's visual isn't strong enough. It seems like they were behind her, but it was really the press and netizens that shunned her. I guess they couldn't accept the fact that Kyla was getting the features she deserved...
