I was thinking that too. I live in Ghaziabad and there are rarely any footpaths here. People of Mumbai have access to proper footpaths and they don't value it!!!🙄🙄
In the haji ali part it's look like hong Kong coastal road. And mumbai coastal road will be more in terms of views of skyscrapers from road and the garden will make that more enjoyable and soothing to eyes.

Dust is the hard part because 1. Mumbai is always under construction so expensive dust mitigation needed 2. India just has a dusty climate due to the dry soil, it's just natural.

Most useless BMC. Can't even pave good roads for the country's economic capital and over that is shameful to have slums side by side of mega structures. Truly a shame once flourishing port town of british india is relegated to some 4th world infrastructure with no whatsoever push to change it's image from different govs. Each time they loudly proclaim to building infrastructure projects, the timeline is pushed into next decade. Then still they have audacity to count it as a rival to shanghai whose poor roads look better than Mumbai's top class roads. Utter shame to see the once global port city in shambles.
