Doctor's brandy - Home remedy - ring a bell ? If you have been fed a spoonful of honey with ginger at some point in your childhood you will definitely relate to this drink. Inspired from our grandmother's fix, The BarTrender Tube celebrates "Scotch Day" with a homage to the age old tradition.
RECIPE :
Whisky -- 60 ml
Ginger -- 2 slice
Honey -- 1 tsp.
Lime Juice -- 15 ml
Method -- Muddle the ginger lightly, add the ingredients and shake
Garnish -- Ginger slice
Glass -- Rock glass
