Hughes is 73 years old, that means he was well into his 50s when this was recorded. I'd say he's doing pretty well. Plus, when I saw him live last year, his voice was even stronger than this recording, at 72! Listen to the rest of the album, even if it's just for the tiny parts, you'll probably like it and maybe enjoy Glenn's singing in other songs.
@@amostlyreasonableguy I am a huge Ozzy fan, I have Randy's Sandover V flying along the railway tracks and Ozzy as a 1/4 sleeve tattoo and over 4000 metal CD's not to mention all the original LP's bought back in the 80's and 90's.
I have a feeling these songs could have been the lost black sabbath album. I believe they were working on it, but it didn’t happen. Would be a classic return to form in the black sabbath catalogue.

Now the steel industry that maimed Toni's fingers and gave rise to his "style" of guitar playing has moved on. But the Black Country Living Museum displays some of the work that made Birmingham famous...

I've had this album Fused and the DEP Sessions for many years and I love them. I'm so glad Toni is releasing remasters of his solo albums and Tony Martin Era Black Sabbath albums. It's all coming out and it's great.

A bunch of great songs with guest singers like Billy Idol, Ian Asbury, The Dave G song that was on the Blairwitch Soundtrack "Goodbye Lament" was really the only track most people know. They really should hear all the guest vocalists that made that album absolutely rule. Billy Corgan and so many other great vocals really did a great job. "Fused" is one of my all-time favorite records and "Dopamine" is my least favorite song only album. "Grace" is so badass. Glenn Hughes when he's sober is an awesome bass player and singer. I even have the Sabbath bootleg where he sings called 8th star and I have a bootleg version of "Dehumanizer" that Toni made in secret with Tony Martin singing because they didn't think they were going to make it through the sessions with DIO. Yeah I know exactly what I'm talking about and I thank you for recognizing that. DEP SESSIONS WERE IN 1996! Both these albums are old enough that they are burned on my Xbox 360 LOL.
