These are by far my favorite videos you do. Hearing a good player talk about less used cards, new or old, in a competitive setting is something that doesn't exist enough. Please make more videos like this. The dream series would be something similar to Rata's archetype archives but from a present day meta perspective, and it would have to be done with someone with your accolades to have legitimacy.
I like how Spellcard Reborn is either a DD Crow or an extender or both, also, that Illusion Rabbit is just a good card outright.
Dipsea was designed with Plunder in mind, can't convince me otherwise
Level 4 Fiend that Special Summons itself and can be either DARK or FIRE?
Looks like a friend of the Resonators.
Every single common INFO TCG exclusive was a banger. Ojama spell, Necroquip, and Zapper!
Jesse, when looking at witch, she can bring out zapper shrimp which can pop backrow AND synchro into the lvl 10 ghoti to banish the entire field in a pinch, or if your playing centur-ion and the field is in play you can summon coral dragon summon Trudea, field synchros on their turn for Icejade Gymir to protect your already established board
Mimighoul and Dipsea also turns Thrust add to hand alive in T1, so when SE and Fiendsmith are gone and board break becomes reliable, this can be good; of course after your opponent handtrap you with a monster effect.
The Ojama card looks interesting, certainly needs to be analysed deeper.
Monster reborn is a very interesting card, i can see a deck like melodious playing for example to escape bystial, or a side deck to stop Yubel OG looping from gy to field.
The Mimighouls are a little harder to keep the add to hand live since they don't stay on the opponent's field after they flip. It's a 3-card combo to make that work at that point. Reasonable to happen, but not guaranteed.

There is one card i would recommand to keep an eye on an this is Broomy, it's a light spellcaster who can banish itself from hand to special summon a monster from hand. If you play White Forest with Runick/Bystial, this card is a really good one -off for your deck. Also if you need a tech for mirror matches against that deck, Invader of Darkness can be special summoned by Broomy and with it, you can instantly shut down your opponents Runick engine.
I really do Like silhouhatte rabbit, It seems so elegantly designed.
7:33 Black Metal Dragon 👀
Eh, personal preference on whether you do that and get 1 more card with a brick in the deck, or do Link plays with 1 copy. You'll get 1 less card and will need 2 Links in the ED, but you'll have no potentially bad draws.
I think Gearfried would be a second decent target in Red-Eyes. Either pop a card or SS a 7, either way, you have filled your GY up for Slash Dragon.
Red-Eyes Baby Dragon isn't once per turn? Damn.
One neat thing about Silhouhatte Trick over Azurune is that it's level 4 Illusion, so you can overlay it into a quick-effect enabled Heretical Phobos. It's a little slow, but could be good followup for rank 4 decks like Vaalmonica, or PePe once we get the Performage support from RotA
10:24 Mannadium is saved?
My biggest fear (and sometimes dream) with Mimighouls is that Archfiend is indeed an Archfiend. It is searchable with Cherubini send Archfiend Heiress and that might facilitate some stupid FTK with Geonator Transverser and a stupid card you can swap to your opponent. Could be either terrifying or hilarious or both

archfiends aren't know to be FTK engines so I don't know what you are on about.
Not only is Archfiend an Archfiend, Dragon is a target for most cards that can grab Brotaur and Black Metal Dragon. Mimighouls are crazy with the stuff they can tap into.
It's a the worst time to be a fragile ftk deck
That ojama card is crazy in beetrooper, target resonance insect, equip 2 more and bam! A bunch of insect searches
Don't forget that Silouhatte Rabbit can set cards like Shaddoll Core for a nice Winda lock in a fusion deck like Chimera for the opponent's turn
I have to wonder if Silhouhatte Rabbit and Apophis may be the answer to dealing with board breakers like Droplet or DRNM going into ROTA format. While DRNM isn't OPT (although your deck would have to summon from the main or extra deck A LOT for your opponent to consistently end up with multiple copies in hand), Droplet isnt. Granted, depending on how common trap-based hand traps become, it could mitigate the utility that Apophis has against Droplet.
Granted, thats assuming they're on a bunch of board breakers to begin with. Most people are gonna run a bunch of hand traps with Fuwaross for more immediate value.
Apophis requires you to control another face-up Continuous Trap to use the negate. Otherwise it just summons itself and does nothing beyond that.
So, the moment I read The league of uniform nomenclature strikes I immediately thought about Weather Painters, after all, their field spell allows them to us their face-up spell and traps as link material. And I tried it with the deck and is actually bonkers, is basically machine dup, you just need the field spell and a monster (preferably snow or thunder) and you have a free omni-negate with half the effort it took before
I’ll admit I’m new to the game competitively but I love that it seems you are so much more confident in the way you make your videos now on your own channel. It’s so much fun to listen to your professional perspective on any subject of a card or anything really. You’re doing f’in awesome with these videos. I've been testing the new League card in my Skull Servants deck, and It's pretty fun
Summon Wightprince, use this car to attach 2 more Wightprinces, link it off into whatever you can, and now you got 3 wightprince effects activating
Check out zapper shrimp. It's a lvl 2 synchro common and its like formula synchron but instead drawing on synchro summon, you knightmare Phoenix on special summon. It's a better target to summon off of diabel since you wouldn't be able to get the draw off of formula anyway and it offers some more versatility
the league of uniform nomeclature strikes sounds like dragunity support for special summoning from the deck essentially dragunity Phalanx or guisarme (note Guisarme is a hard once per turn cuz... reasons?) or Couse since they all have an effect to special summon themselves so long as they are equipped to something regardless if you own it or not. Phalanx is soft once per turn so you can special both and Couse has no restrictions except if you synchro it has to be a dragonity monsters but to use this card your locking yourself into dragon anyways and you can still use it for xyz or links or fusions so long as they are dragons so pretty much no downsides. So yeah sneaky support for dragunity.

And lock your opponent iut of the Extra Deck
Honestly first thing that came to mind with league of uniform was Therion. You can get a Regulus with 2 more equipped to it giving it 1400 bonus atk and an additional omni negate.
I think the nomenclature card is currently best in insect piles. 3 resonance insect sounds great
11:44 shrimp zapper is also a good target
The problem with Heretical Phobos Covos is that it basically locks the materials under it out of rotation because neither of his effects detach a material. This can be positive or negative.
You can slap a Zeus on him to pry the materials off.
Silouhatte Rabbit facilitates trap monsters based on its effects. Illusion monsters I am still surprised is not changing the meta.
Don't forget with spell card monster reborn that the monster effect is usable again the next turn, and also continous effects aren't negated. Also get out of my head.
The illusion xyz doesnt detatch at all for the effect so its a free 4 mat zeus too
Dipsea fiend is forced to change attribute if you special summon it so unfortunately doesn't lend itself well to bahamut shark.
Nice video! One card I would like to talk about that is very powerful & shouldnt be ignored is vesper girsu. That card easily puts players in an awkward spot. Imagine a snake-eye board with 4 monsters and forcing them to move away 2 of them & having them banish their hand? just to give a good example
Dropping this the day deck lists are required is diabolical
Cosmo queen is an also underrated card that can get some good applications and a free body
How realistic is it to make the level 8 White Woods synchro in Dogmatika Runick? The level 6 looks very good
Wait is dogmatika runick a thing? I love Runick lists and dogmatika ritual is probably my current favourite deck haha
I wanna point out something with spell card soul exchange. Because the monster you summon cannot be tributed this means if its your only monster on field your opponent cant even use that second part of effect at all.
I feel vindicated in my thoughts of using spell card monster reborn as an intereuption and porential side card seeing it be mentioned here lmao. Maybe my deck building theory isnt as bad as i thought

Mimighoul can even turn off Evenly Matched. Mimighoul has a lot of potencial.
I won't have an opportunity to play this until it is released in Master Duel several months from now, but I love keeping track of the new cards!
Dipsea Fiend is only not a plunder patroll card because it would be too strong if it was searchable in plunder

I’m going to disagree with dipsea fiend able to make it plays into bahamut shark. While it is a lv 4 water monster, its effect is against making bahamut shark, and you will have to normal summon it if you want to do so.
You can make the argument that you can just play another lv 4 water monster that ss itself or it, but atm, I don’t really see it being used that way, it’s a card made for you plunder really.

when you already normal summoned and then use spell card soul exchange, can you still tribute summon your Monster?
No. Not unless a card is allowing you an additional normal summons.
14:15 you literally cannot make Bahamut Shark with this card, it requires you to declare an attribute except water and it becomes that attribute. Unless you're normal summoning it or waiting a turn, you're not using this card to make Bahamut.
you literally CAN make Bahamut Shark with this, it's a water-type monster and it's effects are not mandatory, what are u saying?
@@tavineo I see your reading comprehension is zero. In order to special summon it you have to declare an attribute, and it becomes that attribute.

The card designers didn't want to make it too easy and give a win just for activating Ankh, so they made it so you're also supposed to run the new Quick-Play and set it from the Deck with his effect to give him +10,000 ATK starting on your opponent's turn.

@@kyle5372 I mean EGS is down bad as it is given the existing ways to get onto the field are either 20+ year old cards or just designed in an era of fear revolving around Link Monster material in GS case.
At this point in the game getting 2 bodies on board is pretty free

How so
Since 5D's when monsters started to have more powerful effects instead of just being big dumb cudgels that left the heavy lifting for effects to Spells and Traps while the game sped up past the point of setting Traps being this dominant mechanic to leaving most of that in the dust. It's why Naturia Beast and Barkion had bonus effects as the "costs" to negate Spells and Traps, while the monster negate Landoise was the hardest to summon and had an unequivocal and heavy downside of a real cost to use.
