    How to make Pav Bhaji:
    Ingredients:
    - 3-4 medium-sized potatoes (boiled and mashed)
    - 1 cup cauliflower (finely chopped)
    - 1/2 cup peas
    - 1/2 cup Capsicum(finely chopped)
    - 2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
    - 2 large onion (finely chopped)
    - 7-8 cloves garlic (minced)
    - 1-inch ginger (grated)
    - 2 tablespoons Pav Bhaji masala
    - 1 teaspoon red chili powder
    - 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chili powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    - 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    - pinch of asafoetida
    - Salt to taste
    - Butter for cooking
    - Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
    - Lemon
    -Water to adjust the consistency
    Instructions:
    1. In a large pan, heat oil or butter and add musted seeds , cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions, garlic, green chilli, curry and ginger. Sauté until onions are translucent.
    2. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.
    3. Add all the chopped vegetables (cauliflower, peas, carrots, bell peppers) to the pan. Mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes.
    4. Add mashed potatoes and mix thoroughly.
    5. Add Pav Bhaji masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix and mash the vegetables using a potato masher.
    6. Let the bhaji simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust the consistency with water if needed.
    7. Toast the pav (bread rolls) with butter on a griddle until they are golden brown.
    8. Garnish the Pav Bhaji with fresh coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice.
    Serve the flavorful Pav Bhaji hot with the toasted pav. Enjoy your meal!
