Goes with everything green sauce:
1 cup (hemp) sunflower seeds
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup parsley
1 garlic clove
Salt
Drizzle olive oil
This motivated me to try making my own hummus again :) The first two times I've tried, the raw garlic really ruined the hummus for me, but next time I'll start with half a clove and taste as I go :)
I would love more of these kinds of videos! They are really helpful🫶🏼 also yesssss garlic girl here 😍 there are about 5 garlic gloves in my hummus, adding more is too spicy for me 😂

How do you like your food processor attachment?
I really love it! One less attachment for me :) only thing that isn't ideal is there's only one setting and also it's a little larger than your standard food processor (I had a mini) so somesimtes hard to work with small quanitites
As someone who can eat straight raw garlic and enjoy it i personally disagree with your garlic statement
Sry sunflower oil is inflammatory. Definitely use another oil, especially if you are using it daily and on everything.
