In this clip, China Mac talked about serving a 3-year prison sentence for witness tampering charges and coming home at the ripe age of 21. He went into detail about the subsequent incident that landed him behind bars with Jin and one of his associates which resulted in China Mac shooting the associate and serving a 10-year bid for the crime. He detailed his experience of being on the run for that incident and how it took him across the country.
China Mac spoke of his time in Atlanta while on the run when he stayed with a group of college students and how he posed as a student himself to stick around. He brought up how his mugshot was featured in a major publication at the time and how that prompted his move out of Atlanta.

If the statute of limitations hasn’t expired and he was never tried, nor offered immunity, for things like possessing a counterfeit passport or defrauding the people he rented from, he has absolutely snitched on himself and opened the door for additional charges to be brought against him. Not to mention that he snitched on his family and friends by saying that they took care of him and even paid for the counterfeit passport while he was on the run, making them accessories to a felony after the fact. You only ever say what’s already on public record, otherwise the floodgates may possibly open.
